Hi, I'm Amanda Blackwell — a Realtor® licensed in New Mexico and affiliated with Home Authority Real Estate. My journey to real estate began in the NICU, where I spent years as a neonatal nurse caring for the tiniest, most vulnerable patients and their families.
That work taught me something profound: the most important thing you can give someone in a high-stakes moment is trust, clarity, and the feeling that they are genuinely cared for. I didn't just dispense medical care — I held hands, answered hard questions at 2am, and made sure families felt they weren't alone.
When I transitioned to real estate, I carried every one of those lessons with me. Buying or selling a home is one of the most significant decisions of a person's life — financially, emotionally, and logistically. My clients deserve the same calm, patient, informed advocacy I gave my patients.
I serve buyers and sellers across all of New Mexico — from the Albuquerque metro and Rio Rancho to Santa Fe, Taos, Ruidoso, and communities throughout the state. I know these markets deeply, and I love helping people find their place in this extraordinary state.
When I'm not helping clients, you'll find me exploring New Mexico's outdoors, building things with my hands, and spending time with my family here in the Albuquerque area.
